  • 6 spinach leaves

  • Cut the apple into small pieces and put them in the blender as well, along with half a glass of water.
  • Blend everything together until you get a smooth whole.

  • 1 teaspoon green bell pepper (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon brewer’s yeast (5 g)
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)
  • ½ squeezed lemon

Preparation

  • Blend the alfalfa shoots in the blender with the aloe vera juice, paprika and brewer’s yeast.
  • Add the glass of water and continue mixing until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Then add the honey and the juice of half a lemon.
  • Consume immediately after preparation.
