For a slimmer face, you’ll have to stop with the fattening sugars and fried foods that we love so much, but are also so bad for our health. The secret is simply  to consume fewer calories than you burn.

Instead of fast food or unhealthy snacks, we recommend a diet with high levels of fiber because you will be better able to use your calories and burn the fat that has accumulated under your chin or jaw area.

Then you can make circular movements with your jaws. Leave your mouth in a semi-open position and relax your jaw so that your entire face can be addressed.

Another option is to massage the area of your chin (where fat and skin tend to accumulate). Use a little almond oil on your fingers to make sure the massage doesn’t irritate your skin.

Sport to make your face slim

A facial exercise schedule takes little effort and can be a lot of fun. You can do it any time of the day and seize the opportunity to smile while looking in the mirror.

Put your stress, worries and problems aside! At the same time, do exercises to slim down your face.

  • Open your mouth as far as you can and then close it. Repeat ten times.
  • On your mouth wide and close your eyes. When you close your mouth, you open your eyes. Do this coordination exercise at least ten times.
  • Move your closed lips to each side of your face as often as you can.
  • Fill your mouth with air and puff through your cheeks, hold it for a few seconds and let it escape. Repeat ten times.
  • Stick out your tongue and move it back and forth for one minute.
  • Make a face as if you smell something bad or are about to sneeze.
