On the other hand, just as humans have the power to cause their own suffering, they also have the ability to generate joy. According to the Dalai Lama, the key to happiness always lies within. It includes attitudes and reactions that we adopt and apply in everyday life.

In the same way , motivation is a fundamental element to achieve our goal of being happy. As mentioned before, Ricard claims that people have the ability to influence themselves to feel happiness, joy and contentment whenever they want.

However, if our goal is altruistic and sincere, then it is much more likely that we will enjoy each day with passion. By the way, this is contagious to other people.

In addition to the principles of the program, there are other important aspects to consider. You should consider whether the cause of apathy may be due to, among other things:

In addition, spending time on physical activity is indispensable. The effects of exercise on the body are infinite. That is why taking care of our bodies is one of the keys to joy and motivation.
